Service Conditions
The BUYER acknowledges that TrafficGauge, Inc. has entered into agreements with an established wireless service provider and various DOTs to provide service for the TrafficGauge devices and services. In the event that any service provider interrupts wireless or data services or if TrafficGauge is incapable of continuing service for any other reason, the BUYER agrees not to seek compensation or reimbursement, in any form, from TrafficGauge, with respect to any failure of any TrafficGauge device and service. Any otherwise valid service refunds prorated at $9.99 monthly rate.
