TrafficGauge products and services are currently available through the company's website (www.trafficgauge.com) or by calling 1.866.872.3345, Additionally the handheld device can be purchased at select retail locations in each city including Costco, CarToys and online at Amazon.com. Also in Los Angeles KTLA TV, which has the #1 morning news program has an exclusive relationship to sell and market TrafficGauge in Los Angeles.

Current & Future Markets
The TrafficGauge Mobile Traffic Map is currently available in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles/Orange County and Singapore. In the future, TrafficGauge will be rolling out products to additional metropolitan areas as traffic data improves in additional markets. The 17 cities served by the TrafficGauge for Cell Phone and TrafficGauge for PC are: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Louisville, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Riverside, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, SF Bay Area, San Fernando and Seattle.

Patents
TrafficGauge owns early and fundamental patents for wireless delivery of traffic data. Acacia Technologies (NASDAQ: ACTG) is the exclusive licensor of these patents.
